If you hold a Part 135 certificate or a 91.147 Letter of Authorization (air tours), yes: you need a working SMS and a Declaration of Compliance by 28 May 2027. Part 145 repair stations, Part 141 schools and Part 61-only operations are not covered by this rule. Check your certificates in two minutes.
